All you have to do is print your forms, take your forms and Autonomy Digital Pen and go see your patients. Just about everything else (electronic medical record, filing, billing, collections, etc.) gets handled automatically. You can even use your own billing partner or use Autonomy.
The Autonomy Digital Pen gives you the ability to digitize what you are already writing as a part of your current work-flow. Our system involves printing your forms on a laser printer and using the Autonomy Digital Pen (which feels and writes like a real pen) to write down your notes as you see your patients. At the end of the day, you simply dock your Autonomy Digital Pen with your laptop or desktop -home or office- computer and your day's work is quickly uploaded to our server where it can be processed and transmitted to your billing partner as a record of treatment. An additional advantage to you is that all of this information can be stored digitally for future access through our web portal.
